SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of the latter of the two dates set forth on the signature page, by and between Orbitz Worldwide, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its address at 500 West Madison Street, Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60661 (“Orbitz”) and ITA Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its address at 141 Portland Street, 7th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02139 (“ITA”).
