AGREEMENT made as of January 1, 2019, by and between Forum Funds II, a Delaware statutory trust, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Suite 600, Portland, Maine 04101 (the “Trust”), and Gurtin Fixed Income Management, LLC, d/b/a Gurtin Municipal Bond Management, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at 440 Stevens Avenue, Suite 260, Solana Beach, California 92075 (the “Adviser”).
