This AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 28th day of May, 2014 by and between SPIRIT OF AMERICA INVESTMENT FUND, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Borrower”), executing this Agreement on behalf of itself, and, if applicable, on behalf and for the benefit of those investment series set forth on Exhibit 1.1 (the “Fund(s)” and each, a “Fund”) and THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association (the “Bank”).
