This first amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Distribution Agreement dated as of December 10, 2015 as novated (the “Agreement”), is entered into on March 27, 2020 (the “Execution Date”) by and between U.S. Global Investors Funds (the “Client”) and Foreside Fund Services, LLC (“Foreside”), with an effective date of July 1, 2020 ( the “Effective Date”).

THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is effective as of July 1, 2020, among U.S. Global Investors Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the Funds listed on Appendix A to the Agreement (each a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”), and U.S. Global Investors, Inc., a Texas corporation, and any successor thereto (the “Administrator”), with respect to each Fund named in Appendix A to this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.

THIS AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of July 1, 2020 by and between U.S. GLOBAL INVESTORS FUNDS, a statutory trust organized under the laws of the state of Delaware (the “Trust”) on behalf of each of the portfolios listed on Appendix A of the Custodian Agreement (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) and BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO. (“BBH” or the “Custodian”).
