INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 26th day of June, 2020 by and between SIREN ETF TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and SRN ADVISORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2600 Philmont Avenue, Suite 215, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006 (the “Adviser”).
