EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of November 23, 2020 by and between SRN Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”) and Siren ETF Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties (each, a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).
