AGREEMENT dated as of the 26th day of July, 2013, by and between Forum Funds II, a Delaware statutory trust, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (the “Trust”), and Atlantic Fund Administration, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (together with its successors in interest, “Atlantic”).
