THIS AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the __ day of ________, 2018, is made and entered into by and among Innovator Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Investment Adviser”), Innovator ETFs Trust (formerly, Academy Funds Trust) (the “Trust”), and Milliman Financial Risk Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sub-Adviser”).
