This Research, License, and Collaboration Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [●] (the “Effective Date”) by and between Dyadic International Inc., (“Dyadic”), and Janssen Biotech, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (“Janssen”).
