THIS SEVERANCE AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into between Glenn Hickman (“Executive”) and Wrap Technologies, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Wrap” or the “Company”) and Insperity PEO Services L.P.
