You are hereby awarded the following share option (the “Option”) to purchase Shares of Lexington Realty Trust (the “Company”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this December 2010 Share Option Award Agreement (the “Award Agreement”) and in the Lexington Realty Trust 2007 Equity-Based Award Plan (the “Plan”), which is annexed as Annex A to the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 13, 2007. A summary of the Plan appears in its Prospectus, which was filed on a Form S-8 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 16, 2008.
