EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of March 1, 2013 by and between Security Investors, LLC (the “Adviser”) and Rydex ETF Trust (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).

This is to confirm that, in consideration of the agreements hereinafter contained, the above-named investment company (the “Trust”) has agreed that you shall be, for the period of this agreement, the distributor of shares of each series of the Trust set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as such Exhibit may be revised from time to time (each, a “Fund”).
