This ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 9, 2024, (the “Effective Date”) by and between Waqas Nakhwa, an individual (“Assignor”) and Blue Chip Technologies Corp., a Nevada corporation (“Assignee”).
