THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) of IRON BRIDGE MORTGAGE FUND, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (the “Company”) is dated as of November 25, 2024.
