THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 19th day of December 2022, by and between SPINNAKER ETF SERIES, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, Parabla Innovation ETF (the “Fund”), and PARABLA, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (the “Advisor”), located at 8004 Linville Road, Suite A-1, Oak Ridge, NC 27310.
