THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 17, 2020 by and among, Liu Muzhen, Purchasers’ Representative, representing the Purchasers shown in Exhibit D (“Purchaser”), Leader Hill Corporation., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Chia Yee Seah (the “Selling Party,” and the “Executive”. The Purchaser, the Company, the Selling Party, and the Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
