Paradigm Capital Inc. as lead agent and sole bookrunner (“Paradigm”), together with Tamesis Partners LLP, Cormark Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., Eight Capital, INFOR Financial Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc. (collectively with Paradigm, the “Agents”), understand that Premium Nickel Resources Ltd.
