This Securities Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 31, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Antelope Enterprise Holdings Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with its principal office at Room 1802, Block D, Zhonghai International Center, Hi-Tech Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, PRC (the “Company”), and the purchaser identified on the signature pages hereto (the “Purchaser”). Each of the Purchaser and the Company is referred to herein each as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”.
