This Amended and Restated Severance Agreement (this “Severance Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Amit D. Munshi (“Executive”) and Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), and is effective as of January 4, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
