Agency Agreement means the agreement dated 11 April 2019 between the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Fiscal Agent, the Registrar and the other Paying Agents and Transfer Agents referred to in it under which, amongst other things, the Fiscal Agent is appointed as issuing agent, fiscal agent and agent bank for the purposes of the Programme;
