(“Chart E&C”), Stabilis Energy, Inc., a Florida corporation (“SEI”), Stabilis Energy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company and subsidiary of SEI (“Stabilis”), and Stabilis LNG Eagle Ford LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and subsidiary of Stabilis (“Stabilis LNG”).
