This letter agreement (“Partner Agreement”) sets forth the standard terms and conditions of your role as a Partner (“Partner”) of PJT Partners Holdings LP (together with its affiliates, “PJT Holdings”), effective as of January 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
