HARTFORD FUNDS DISTRIBUTORS, LLC (the “Distributor”) as principal underwriter or distributor and exclusive selling agent for (i) the shares of THE HARTFORD MUTUAL FUNDS, INC. and THE HARTFORD MUTUAL FUNDS II, INC. (each a “Company”), each comprised of separate series (to which additional series may be added by the respective Company from time to time) listed on the attached Appendix A (each; a “Retail Fund” and, collectively, the “Retail Funds”) and (ii) the shares of HARTFORD SERIES FUND, INC. and HARTFORD HLS SERIES FUND II, INC.
