Keller & Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as KELLER) hereby proposes to prepare an independent conversion appraisal of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Collinsville (hereinafter referred to as “Home Federal”), relating to the mutual to stock conversion of Home Federal and stock offering (“the “Stock Offering”) of Home Federal. KELLER will provide a pro forma valuation of the market value of the shares of Home Federal to be sold in connection with the standard conversion.

When used in this Agreement any reference to the “Company” shall refer to Best Hometown Bancorp, Inc.
