THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of February 1, 2015, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the KF Griffin Blue Chip and Covered Call Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and Klingenstein, Fields & Co., L.L.C. (the “Adviser”), the adviser of the Fund.
