THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 20th day of October, 2016, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Anchor Tactical Credit Strategies VP Anchor Tactical Equity Strategies VP, Anchor Tactical Municipal Strategies VP, and Anchor Tactical Real Estate VP (each a “Fund”, collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Funds, Anchor Capital Management Group, Inc. (the “Advisor”).
