THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of March, 2017, by and between CMG CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. (the "Adviser"), a corporation registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”) located at 1000 Continental Drive, Suite 570, King of Prussia, PA 19406, and MAULDIN SOLUTIONS, LLC (the “Subadviser”), a limited liability company registered under the Advisers Act, located at 2900 McKinnon, Suite 1708 Dallas, TX 75201, with respect to each Fund listed on Schedule A attached hereto (each, a “Fund”), each a series of the NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).

This AGREEMENT is made as of the 22nd day of December 2016 by and between GSA Capital Partners LLP, an limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, located at Stratton House, 5 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LA, United Kingdom (the “Sub-Adviser”), and Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company located at 1200 Prospect Street, Suite 400, La Jolla, CA 92037 (the “Adviser”). The Adviser and the Sub-Adviser are each and individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”

This AGREEMENT is made as of the 21st day of November 2016, by and between Three Rock Capital Management Limited, a limited company under Irish law, located at 149 Francis Street, Dublin 8, Ireland (the “Trader”), and Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company located at 1200 Prospect Street, Suite 400, La Jolla, CA 92037 (the “Adviser”). The Adviser and the Trader are each and individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
