This AGREEMENT is made as of January 12, 2017 between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and MAIN MANAGEMENT ETF ADVISORS, LLC a [Delaware] limited liability company (the "Adviser"), located at 601 California Street, Suite 620, San Francisco, California 94108.

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 27th day of April, 2017, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Main Sector Rotation ETF (a “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, MAIN MANAGEMENT ETF ADVISORS, LLC (the “Advisor”).
