This AGREEMENT is made as of October 19, 2017, between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and SAGE ADVISORY SERVICES LTD CO a Texas limited liability company (the "Adviser"), located at 5900 Southwest Parkway, Building 1, Suite 1, Austin, Texas 78735-6202.

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 19th day of October 2017, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Sage ESG Intermediate Credit ETF (a “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, SAGE ADVISORY SERVICES, LTD. CO. (the “Advisor”).
