THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 18TH day of August, 2011, as revised November 14, 2012, August 12, 2014, March 29, 2017 and May 21, 2018 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Eagle MLP Strategy Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the co-advisors of the Fund, Princeton Fund Advisors, LLC and Eagle Global Advisors, LLC (the “Co-Advisors”).
