This AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of April 2018, by and between Caddo Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 1 Sansome Street, Suite 3500, San Francisco, CA 94104 (the “Trader”), and Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC, a New York limited liability company located at 36 North New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743 (the “Adviser”). The Adviser and the Trader are each and individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
