THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 19th day of July, 2018, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Low Beta Tactical 500 Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, LGM Capital Management LLC (the “Advisor”).
