THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 20th day of May, 2010, as revised on August 12, 2014, March 23, 2016, June 27, 2017, March 28, 2018 by and September 25, 2019 and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Power Income Fund, Power Dividend Index Fund and Power Momentum Index Fund, Power Floating Rate Index Fund, Power Dividend Mid-Cap Index Fund, and Power Global Tactical Allocation/JAForlines Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the advisor of such Funds, W.E. Donoghue & Co., LLC (the “Advisor”).
