This Compliance Consulting Agreement (the "Agreement") between the parties herein and is effective April 11, 2021, between Advisors Preferred LLC, a Maryland limited liability company located at 1445 Research Blvd., Suite 530, Rockville, MD 20850 ("AP") and Advisors Preferred Trust, a registered investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust, located at 1445 Research Blvd., Suite 530, Rockville, MD 20850 (the "Trust"), on behalf of each portfolio series listed on the attached Appendix A, as may be amended from time to time (each a "Fund" and collectively "Funds"), with effect as of the date noted in Appendix A. This document may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
