THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated April 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Unified Series Trust, an Ohio business trust having its office and principal place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 (the “Trust”), and NORTHERN LIGHTS COMPLIANCE SERVICES, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company having its office and principal place of business at 4221 North 203rd Street, Suite 100, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022 (“NLCS”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 7th day of August, 2017, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, Crawford Investment Counsel, Inc. THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of September, 2019, and amends and restates in its entirety the operating expense limitation agreement dated as of the 1st day of May, 2017, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, Crawford Investment Counsel, Inc. (the “Adviser”).
