THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is effective as of the 1st day of August, 2021, between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), on behalf of the CMG Mauldin Core Fund, CMG Tactical All Asset Strategy Fund and CMG Tactical Bond Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively the "Funds") a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Funds, CMG Capital Management Group, Inc. (the "Advisor").
