THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 23, 2021, by and between Tactical Fund Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”), an Ohio limited liability company and registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and Preston Wealth Advisors, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser” and together with the Adviser the “Parties”), a limited liability company, registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the “Advisers Act”), with respect to the TFA Multidimensional Tactical Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), each a series of the Tactical Investment Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
