THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 11TH day of March, 2016, as revised December 11, 2019 and March 2, 2022 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Probabilities Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the adviser of the Fund, Probabilities Fund Management, LLC (the “Adviser”).
