This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated June 28, 2023, is made by and between Two Roads Shared Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and Regents Park Funds, LLC (the “Adviser”). This Agreement will confirm the agreement between the Trust and Adviser as follows:

This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of July 14, 2023, is by and among Vident Advisory, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), Two Roads Shared Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Hypatia Women CEO ETF, a series of the Trust (the “Fund”), and Hypatia Capital Management LLC (the “Adviser”).

This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of June 28, 2023, is by and among Foundations Investment Advisers, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), Two Roads Shared Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Foundations Dynamic Core ETF, Foundations Dynamic Growth ETF, Foundations Dynamic Income ETF, and Foundations Dynamic Value ETF, each a series of the Trust (each, a “Fund” and, together, the “Funds”), and Regents Park Funds, LLC (the “Adviser”).
