The Company has been incorporated as an exempted company with limited liability in the Cayman Islands to engage in business as an open-end management investment company. The Company currently has one series of participating shares, which are offered solely to the Catalyst/Welton Advantage Multi-Strategy Fund (the "Fund"), a series of Mutual Fund Series Trust.

This agreement shall remain in effect for a Fund until at least the date set forth on Exhibit A, unless terminated sooner as provided herein, and shall continue in effect for successive twelve-month periods, provided that such continuance is specifically approved by a majority of the Trustees of the Mutual Fund Series Trust (the “Trust”). This agreement may only be terminated by the Trust's Board of Trustees on 60 days’ written notice to Catalyst and upon the termination of the investment advisory agreement between the Trust and Catalyst respecting the Fund.

THIS THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT dated as of the last date on the signature block, to the Custody Agreement dated as of July 18, 2018, as amended (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Mutual Fund Series Trust, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”).
