This Sublicense Agreement (the “Sublicense Agreement”), dated as of January 7, 2019, is made by and among Amplify ETF Trust (the “Sublicensee”), CrowdBureau Corporation (“Licensor”), and Amplify Investments LLC (“Licensee” or “Sublicensor”).
