This First Amendment to Fireblocks License Agreement (the “Amendment”) is entered into by and between Fireblocks, Inc. (“Fireblocks”) and Galaxy Digital (“Licensee”) and shall take effect as of July ___, 2021 (the “Amendment Effective Date”).
