THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of October 20, 2021, is made by and among BayFirst Financial Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida (the “Company”), First Home Bank, a banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank” and collectively, with the Company, the “Employer”), and Robin L. Oliver, an individual resident of Florida (the “Executive”).
