THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of July 24, 2023, is made by and among BayFirst Financial Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida (the “Company”), BayFirst National Bank, a banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank” and collectively, with the Company, the “Employer”), and Scott McKim, an individual resident of Florida (the “Executive”).
