THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of August 22, 2023, is made between FRANKLIN INVESTORS SECURITIES TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of FRANKLIN LONG DURATION CREDIT FUND (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INSTITUTIONAL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”).
