AGREEMENT made as of this 29th day of December, 2017 by and among Destra Investment Trust (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series the Destra Flaherty & Crumrine Preferred and Income Fund (the “Fund”), Destra Capital Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and Flaherty & Crumrine Incorporated, a California corporation and a registered investment adviser with the SEC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
