This Advisory Agreement is hereby made as of the 8th day of May, 2020 (the "Agreement") between First Eagle Senior Loan Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Fund"), and First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC (formerly known as THL Credit Advisors LLC), a Delaware limited liability company (the "Adviser").
