This Interim Investment Advisory Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 22nd day of November 2021, by and between Paralel Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser"), and Boulder Growth & Income Fund, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Fund").
