THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF REORGANIZATION (“Agreement”) is adopted as of this 11th day of June, 2021 by and among: (i) DFA Investment Dimensions Group Inc. (the “Target Entity”), separately, on behalf of its respective series identified on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Target Portfolio”); and (ii) Dimensional ETF Trust (the “Acquiring Entity”), separately, on behalf of its respective series identified on Exhibit A hereto (each an “Acquiring Portfolio”).
