This Transfer Agency And Shareholder Services Agreement is made as of September 29, 2020 ("Effective Date") by and between BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. ("BNYM"), and each of Third Avenue Trust and Third Avenue Variable Series Trust (each, individually, an "Investment Company" and, collectively, the "Investment Companies"), on its own behalf and on behalf of each Portfolio of each such Investment Company contained on Schedule B.
